1. About Chromatica
Chromatica is an application designed to help users browse, organise and manage information relating to hobby, miniature and model paints.
Chromatica is operated by Mothlume Studio.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using Chromatica, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Chromatica.
3. User accounts
Some Chromatica features may require a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account, Google account, Facebook account or other authentication method used to access your Chromatica account.
You must not attempt to access another user's Chromatica account without authorisation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Chromatica for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with application security.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users without permission.
- Intentionally disrupt Chromatica or its infrastructure.
- Use automated systems in a manner that materially harms the service.
5. Paint and product information
Chromatica may contain product names, colour names, colour representations, reference numbers and other information relating to products manufactured or sold by third parties.
Product names, brands, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party products do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Colour accuracy
Digital colour representations are provided as a reference only.
The appearance of a colour may differ from the corresponding physical paint because of display calibration, lighting conditions, paint application, surface preparation, manufacturing variation and other factors outside Chromatica's control.
Chromatica therefore does not guarantee that colours displayed within the application exactly match physical paint colours.
7. Availability and changes
Chromatica may be modified, updated or improved over time.
Features may be added, changed or removed where reasonably necessary for technical, security or product-development reasons.
We do not guarantee that Chromatica will always be available without interruption or error.
8. Intellectual property
The original Chromatica software, interface, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, brands, product names and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Account deletion
Users may request deletion of their Chromatica account and associated personal data.

10. Suspension or termination
Access to Chromatica may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary in cases involving abuse, unlawful activity, security threats or serious violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
Chromatica is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when Chromatica or applicable legal requirements change.
